Welcome to Ashapurna Marriage and Banquet Hall. By booking our venue or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability of the venue on the selected date.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
The booking amount is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Payment Policy
Advance payment is mandatory to block the event date.
The remaining balance must be paid before or on the event day, as discussed during booking.
Any additional services availed during the event must be settled immediately after the event.
3. Cancellation & Postponement
In case of cancellation by the client, the advance payment will not be refunded.
Date changes are subject to availability and management approval.
If the event is postponed, previous payments may be adjusted based on revised terms.
4. Event Timings
Event timings must be strictly adhered to as agreed at the time of booking.
Any extension beyond the agreed time may attract additional charges.
5. Use of Premises
The venue must be used only for the purpose mentioned during booking.
Any damage to property, furniture, décor, or fixtures will be chargeable to the client.
Outside décor, catering, or vendors are allowed only with prior approval.
6. Catering & Cooking Area
A separate cooking area is provided for caterers.
The venue management is not responsible for food quality, quantity, or hygiene maintained by external caterers.
7. Safety & Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain proper decorum within the premises.
Any illegal activities, misuse of property, or disturbance will result in immediate action.
Management reserves the right to stop the event in case of serious violations.
8. Liability
Ashapurna Marriage and Banquet Hall shall not be responsible for loss of personal belongings, valuables, or any unforeseen incidents during the event.
Clients are advised to take necessary precautions for personal items.
9. Force Majeure
The management shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to natural disasters, government restrictions, power failure beyond control, or any unforeseen circumstances.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if terms are violated or if the event is deemed inappropriate or unlawful.
11. Changes to Terms
Ashapurna Marriage and Banquet Hall reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
